PPF or nano ceramic? The real difference
Two services that are often mentioned together, yet they work in completely different ways. Here is the practical difference.

What each service actually is
PPF is a physical film applied over painted panels, becoming a layer between your paint and the outside world. Nano ceramic is a chemical layer that bonds to the paint surface and changes how that surface behaves.
The difference is not quality; it is the kind of job each one does. The film has real thickness, while ceramic is an extremely thin layer that adds no tangible body.
What to expect from each
PPF acts as a replaceable layer in front of the paint and can be applied to selected panels or the whole car, as agreed with you.
Nano ceramic focuses on surface behaviour: easier cleaning and a more uniform appearance. It does not provide the same physical protection as a film.
No service prevents everything. Any promise of absolute protection should be treated with caution.
Can they be combined?
Often, yes: film on the most exposed panels, and ceramic on the remaining surfaces or over the film where the material allows it.
The decision depends on the paint condition, your goal and your budget, which is why we always start with an inspection.
How to choose
If your main goal is a replaceable physical layer in front of the paint, the conversation starts with PPF.
If your main goal is easier cleaning and a better overall look, it starts with nano ceramic.
